Returns

  • Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please email us  with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
